Tim conceived, created and chairs the Hotel Exchange Group (www.hotelexchange.ca)
This group of seven independent real estate professionals all from different real estate firms are expert in hotel and motel sales.
Collectively they also have access to numerous consultants (appraisers, building inspectors, immigration consultants, financing consultants and brokers and architects) to provide additional resources as needed to finalize transactions.
Some of the group work almost exclusively in hotels while others have a broader commercial real estate practice.
Our Hotel Exchange Group meets monthly to exchange market information and strategies for selling hotels.

Specifically, Tim will help you avoid costly pitfalls that can sabotage a transaction.

He manages all aspects of the a business deal from start to finish.

Municipal & Real Estate Consulting

  • Consulting for municipal jurisdictions – As a past Mayor (18 years) on leased First Nations land and as Secretary of the local municipal partnership of 16 municipal jurisdictions, Tim has provided consulting services to other municipalities when needed.
  • Consulting for hotels, Tim provides clients with the key information needed to
    properly assess a property's viability and value.

As a long term full service commercial real estate agent who has been in the business for more than 35 years he has performed in virtually every aspect of the commercial real estate market. This experience provides the wide range and depth of knowledge for commercial ventures. At this time, Tim is concentrating on hotel sales.
